Course Description
This e-learning course is targeted at volunteers or would be volunteers who will be involved in working with Persons with Intellectual Disabilities. It introduces learners to the different types of intellectual disabilities, and in particular, the characteristics of persons with these disabilities. Through the e-learning course, learners will be able to employ the use of different strategies to communicate with Persons with Intellectual Disabilities, as well as structuring tasks for them.
